I live between Paris and Fort de France (Martinique). I love travelling and make sure I live each experience to the fullest.
I get my inspiration through fitness, cooking, fashion and people I meet around the globe.
I love sharing my passions and mostly sharing good vibes through my social media.

After participating on the tv show Ninja Warrior on TF1 (French TV channel) where I competed in the Finals, a community started to take life and therefore I decided to share my motivations and inspirations with my tribe.

Growing up, young and full of energy, I practised various sports. I today find my happiness at the gym, CrossFit and Yoga.
A well balanced nutrition mixed with a varied physical activity is for me the best way to look after my health.

Naturally, the WAW Retreats concept was born.
To me, it’s bringing my vision to life and sharing my lifestyle.

I am Adrien, Fitness Instructor.

I was born into sports, with a father as a tennis coach and a grandfather as a Physical Educator in the army, everyone is active in the family, it’s our lifestyle. Growing up I tried all kind of sports but track and field were where I excelled.

Today, with more than 6 years of experience around the globe, I am a fitness instructor, group exercise ambassador in London for Thirdspace, one of the leaders in the industry in the UK.

I like the train to perform approach, train toward a specific goal. Quality of movements is a priority, learn the basics, master them, have fun and keep progressing. From mobility, strength & conditioning to kettlebells I am becoming more versatile with the years.

A globetrotter at heart, I’m always looking for a little piece of paradise on earth, somewhere to live a healthy and idyllic life.

She is a bit of a jack of all trades, from one on one sessions, teaching group classes (Les Mills…) to strength & conditioning, running, pilates… Elsa got you covered in all aspect of fitness.

What drives her is mentoring her clients throughout their lifestyle with fitness and wellbeing (meditation, overcoming oneself physically and spiritually)

One goal: That her clients can discover and surpass themselves through physical and spiritual activities.
