Presenting the activities of the WORKOUT AROUND THE WORLD association, hereinafter “WAW”.
Enabling users to book one or more organised trips (“Editions”)

The fact of using and consulting the WAW Website entails the acceptance of and compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
The publisher (or “WAW Association” or “WAW”) reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the site, the services and these T&Cs, notably to accommodate evolutions of the site by making new features available, or by removing or modifying existing features.
The user is therefore advised, before browsing the site, to consult the latest version of the T&Cs, which can be accessed at any time on the site. In the event of disagreement with the T&Cs, no use of the site may be made by the user.
ARTICLE 3. ACCESS AND BROWSING
The publisher implements the technical solutions at its disposal to provide access to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Nevertheless, it may at any time suspend, limit or interrupt access to the site or to certain pages of it in order to carry out updates, modifications of its content or any other action deemed necessary for the proper functioning of the site.
By logging in and browsing the WAW Website, you accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use without reserve, regardless of the technical means of access and the terminals used.
These T&Cs apply, as appropriate, to any declination or extension of the site on existing or future social and/or community networks.
ARTICLE 4. WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
For the proper management of the site, the publisher may at any time:
Suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the site, reserve access to the site, or to certain parts of the site, to a specific category of the Internet user
Delete any information that may disrupt its operation or contravene national or international laws,
Suspend the site in order to make updates.
ARTICLE 5. SERVICES RESERVED FOR REGISTERED USERS / MEMBER AREA
Some services are only accessible upon user registration.
Registration and access to the member area of the site are exclusively granted to qualified natural persons who have completed and validated the registration form available online on the WAW site and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
Upon registration, the user undertakes to provide accurate, sincere and up-to-date information about himself and his civil status. The user must also regularly check the data concerning him/her in order to maintain its accuracy.
The user must, therefore, provide a valid e-mail address, on which the site will send him/her a confirmation of his/her registration in the member area. An e-mail address cannot be used several times to register for the services.
Any communication made by WAW and its partners is therefore deemed to have been received and read by the user. The latter therefore undertakes to consult regularly the messages received on this e-mail address and to reply within a reasonable time if necessary.
Only one registration to the member area of the site is allowed per individual.
The user is assigned an identifier allowing them to access a space to which they have reserved access (hereinafter “My Account”). An automatically generated password is sent when the account is created. It is the user’s responsibility to change his password as soon as possible after the creation of his space.
The username and password can be modified online by the user on his account. The password is personal and confidential, so the user undertakes not to communicate it to third parties.
WAW reserves the right to refuse a request for registration to the services in the event of non-compliance by the user with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
A regularly registered user may at any time request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page in his Personal Space. Any unsubscription from the site will be effective after the request made by email to the address email@example.com.
3. DELETION OF THE MEMBER AREA BY THE SITE’S PUBLISHER
If the user makes illegal use of the WAW site
If the user deliberately provides incorrect information to the site when creating his personal space
If the user has not been active on his personal space for at least one year
In the event that WAW decides to delete the user’s member space for any of these reasons, it shall not constitute damage to the user whose account has been deleted.
Such deletion shall not constitute a waiver of any legal action that the publisher may take against the user who is in breach of these rules.
ARTICLE 6. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
WAW is only responsible for the content it has edited itself.
WAW is not responsible:
In the event of technical, computer problems or failures or compatibility of the site with any hardware or software;
For direct or indirect, material or immaterial, foreseeable or unforeseeable damage resulting from the use or difficulties in using the site or its services;
The intrinsic characteristics of the Internet, in particular those relating to the unreliability and lack of security of the information circulating on it;
Illegal content or activities using its site without its due knowledge. In addition, the site cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information provided on it.
The user is held responsible:
For the protection of its equipment and data
For the use it makes of the site or its services
If they do not comply with the letter or spirit of these T&Cs
ARTICLE 7. HYPERTEXT LINKS
The site may contain hypertext links to other websites beyond the control of WAW. Despite the preliminary and regular checks carried out by the publisher, the latter is in no way responsible for the content that can be found on these sites.
WAW authorises the establishment of hypertext links to any page or document on its site. However, prior notice to the site publisher is required before any hypertext link can be set up.
Excluded from this authorisation are sites disseminating information of an illegal, violent, controversial, pornographic, xenophobic nature or that may harm the sensitivity of the greatest number of people.
Finally, WAW reserves the right to delete at any time a hypertext link to its site if the site considers it not in accordance with its editorial policy.
ARTICLE 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The structure of the site but also the texts, graphics, images, photographs, sounds, videos and computer applications that compose it are the property of the publisher and are protected as such by the laws in force with respect to intellectual property.
Any representation, reproduction, adaptation or partial or total exploitation of the content, trademarks and services offered by the site, by any means whatsoever, without the prior, express and written authorisation of the publisher, is strictly prohibited and could constitute an infringement within the meaning of articles L. 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. This, with the exception of elements expressly designated as royalty-free on the site.
Access to the site does not constitute recognition of a right and, in general, does not confer any intellectual property right relating to any element of the site, which remain the exclusive property of the publisher.
